Listening

At times we are called to slow our minds and listen

Hearing and feeling the words of another is a forgotten art in modern times

Listening to ourselves unleashes an inner knowing

Listening to the nonverbal cues of a talkative universe affords us the opportunity to be guided

Listening, it is what is not said that in fact needs to be heard

Listening is the art of connection

When we stop to listen we find that it is in the pause in which the universe speaks

Stop and listen

Listen To the laughter of the rustling leaves, the shattering of the rain drops, the volumes of a sun ray

Listen to the beating drum of the heart

Just listen

The chatter of nature is deafening

When we afford the time to listen the brain noise is reduced and we discover the wisdom of our hearts

Try it everyday for a few minutes and expand the time to not reply but yet be heard through listening

Holding space for another is one of the most powerful gifts we can give another and self

Your powerful ally
