No matter how daunting the challenge, I meet it without fear.

It is here that I control my emotions and restore balance to my mind and body.

I am grateful for the opportunities of challenges for it expands my consciousness.

I am grateful for the support I receive for these challenges as this allows my firm footing to succeed.
