Drinking your vegetables
Ever had difficulty with eating your vegetables? Ever had difficulty convincing your children to eat their vegetables?
I was inspired by my friend Jillian Lentini who shared her thoughts with me on Drinking my Vegetables !!
So I decided a concoction.
Out came the Vitamix
In went the following
1 Cup of romaine lettuce
1 cup of chopped spinach
1/2 a lime ( you can use lemon )
1 apple
( I put a cup of casein protein and 1/2 tea spoon of matcha tea) = entirely optional
1 small carton of coconut water
Handful of carrots
1 cup of ice.
BLEND….
YUMMY.
A good way to get more nutrition into you and your kids.
