Vulnerability post.

I had a beautiful conversation with a friend the other night who reached out for some help. I was able to assist her in seeing herself in a different light. Yet the topic of discussion is irrelevant for this post.

I was reflected back TRUTHS that I had forgotten or rather misplaced in my heart. I discovered my gifts again of being able to HELP, HEAL and SERVE.

I was pushed to reconcile my talents by TRUSTing myself once again. A piece of the puzzle that has plagued me for a few weeks. I have always trusted the universe, yet I had forgotten to TRUST myself to be able to receive and be able to use what natural and supernatural talents that were bestowed to me.

I was made to OWN it all in the conversation as I helped her. To recognize once more that I am not ABANDONED and never ALONE. To connect back to the universe for guidance to HELP, HEAL and SERVE.

I owned that I have HELPED, HEALED, and SERVED countless with traditional medicine skills ( medicine and cardiology)

I owned that I have HELPED, HEALED and SERVED countless with NON traditional medicine skills( energetic medicine and mediation and perception integration)

Through the stillness a voice came forth.

TRUST in myself, in who I am as a physician AND as a healer.

TRUSTing the intuition of Self.

TRUSTing that I am loved

TRUSTing that I can love

TRUSTing that I AM LOVE.

BELIEVING it

FEELING it.

ACTING on it.

I was in tears..

I have gifts that are VALID. TRUSTing those gifts. And TRUSTing myself with those gifts.

SHOWing UP as my authentic self to HELP, HEAL and SERVE every time.

SPEAK my TRUTH every time.

ACT my TRUTH every time.

DARE to sing the song of my soul

DARE to ACT by dancing to the music of the universe.

DARE to RECEIVE.

DARE to step into the rhythm of LOVE

With gratitude I enter the flow of life again.

I OWN my gifts and RECEIVE from the universe.

I CHANT my mantra with the drum beating of the pulse of a love filled heart…

” HELP, HEAL and SERVE”

I SURRENDER to my INTUITION and my HEART.

I TRUST my heart once more.

So with a once again OPEN heart….. I declare…
