Answering qu 2

So interesting exercise answering this question

” If you were to find that you have only 1 day to live, what would you do?”

This was very similar to the curious question #1. Again with the idea that you could now have unlimited opportunity to do what you want, yet now you have a time limit. In question 1 you could do what ever you wanted with no restrictions or distractions. Now you can do the same but with a time limit. This exercise forces you to PRIORITIZE what you REALLY want to do in life and get it done. To discover what you find most valued and if your life depended on it… which it does in 24 hours. How would that world look like.? Would you spend it in mourning, grief and self pity or self loathing. Or would you choose to love everyone and everything around you and be grateful for the life you had and have?

Would you spend it in the arms of those you love? Would you tell or show people how much you truly love them and were keeping that part hidden due to ego? Would you write an epic novel of self expression? Would you truly look at yourself in the mirror for the first time, and love that version of you?

This is a focussed hierarchy of what you truly love to DO or BE forced by the time factor to make sure there are no distractions. It takes the fantasy out of it.

DO you know when you are going to die? NO ? Good neither do I. But if it was in 24 hours and I did not know it, I would regret not having done what I truly love to do, love to say, love to think, love to experience, love to be.

ME.

Thats what I would regret the most. Not being ME.

And not helping healing others.

Play with this exercise and know without a shadow of a doubt what you truly love and value in love and then just plain go do it. Reduce the distractions and be grateful for the life you have, and not the life you want. There is a big difference in getting the life you want ( question 1) and doing something inspiring with the life you have ( question 2).

Feel what seems right to you and then do it. 24 hours or 100 years. As I always say to everyone I meet, ” Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so”
……………….
I love you
